CHARTER BASES: MARINA MANDALINA

Location: Marina Mandalina is the ideal starting point for exploring some of the most attractive nautical destination in Croatia. In front of Šibenik there are numerous islands. The Adriatic aquatorium in vicinity of Sibenik consist of an archipelago of about 250 islands and islets stretching along the coast over the area of about 160 square kilometers. Although this is a pretty large number of islands, only six of them are permanently populated. Due to its scarce population, Sibenik Archipelago is popular to visit among people who seek isolation and beautiful, untouched nature.

West from Šibenik is located famous Kornati archipelago. Kornati National Park is  “a must see” while in Croatia. With 22 miles length and 89 unforgettable islands, some large, some small, the Kornati are the densest archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea.

Also, we suggest sailing trip to the nearby Skradin and visiting the Krka National Park. This fascinating national park is the home of the famous Krka Waterfall. Experience a pleasant walk through the beautiful woods surrounding this natural landmark and gaze upon the raging water pouring down into the Krka River.

Traffic connection: Marina Mandalina is located on the beautiful Dalmatian coast, at the eastern edge of the historic port of Šibenik, which is also an official port of entry of the Republic Of Croatia.. The port is accessible from the sea by the relatively narrow Kanal Sveti Ante. You can reach marina Mandalina by calling VHF17. The marina is well connected by car, 40 minutes driving distance from Split as well as Zadar International Airports which are both very well connected to the other major European cities. Marina Mandalina can be reached from both airports with regular bus services or by car. Car rental services are also available.

Facilities and services: The marina has excellent technical facilities for all manner of boat repairs, it is suited for megayachts, plus offers luxury accommodation, shower and toilet facilities, laundry, waste disposal and pump out, wifi, cash machine and even currency exchange facilities, and fuel.
